How do I track the status of my order?

Tracking your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way. In that email will be a clickable tracking link with up to date tracking, so that you can easily follow doppel's journey to you.

I have not received a shipping confirmation email

If you are in the UK, all items that are available and in stock will dispatch on the same working day if ordered before 12 pm (GMT).

A shipping confirmation will be sent out immediately after dispatch.

If you have still not received your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. Otherwise, contact our support team and we will provide you with your tracking number and tracking link.
