Can I cancel or modify my order after I've placed it?

We know that you all can't wait to receive your doppels and, as we value the importance of great service we try to be really quick at packing your order, whilst trying to be as flexible as possible. 

If you need to cancel or modify your order please contact us immediately. There is no set window of time for cancellations and modifications but we will act as quick as we can. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or items ordered.

I was too late in canceling or modifying my order

If we were unable to successfully make the changes you requested, please kindly return the items to our warehouse and we will either refund or arrange an exchange as per your request.
