- Click “Submit” and a member of our support team will be in touch within 24 hours. Attaching a supporting file is optional.
What happens next?
IMPORTANT! Please include your original packing slip or a note with your name and order number inside the parcel.
We will email you a pre-paid returns label that will need to be printed out and attached to the parcel you're returning. As soon as we have received your return, you will be notified by email, and your replacement doppel will be dispatched standard delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not yet have a pre-paid returns label system for EU orders, but we will compensate any reasonable returns costs you incur - please keep your postal receipt.
