If you've placed an order from the US and would like to return your doppel we will send you a pre-paid returns label and refund your purchase price, however, this excludes any initial shipping fees.

EU Returns

Unfortunately, we do not yet have a pre-paid returns label system for EU orders, but we will compensate any reasonable returns costs you incur. We will refund your purchase price, however, this excludes any initial shipping fees.
