doppel changes the setting by itself

This is really unusual but it could be that there is a problem with the touch board. If doppel is changing by itself then it may thinks something is happening when it's not. 

In this instance, we recommend doing a firmware reset as demonstrated in the video below.

If there is no improvement after a firmware reset and this problem persists please contact the customer support team and we will help resolve your issue.
