I am constantly needing to pair with my app
1. Firstly, please start by charging your doppel for a complete two hours
2. Once charged, please clear your Bluetooth cache. How to clear your Bluetooth cache
3. Open the doppel app, place your doppel on the charging base (to vibrate) and press Scan to pair
Reconnecting
If you lose connection with the app, please select the purple Retry button.
If this does not work, please try charging your doppel, as it will not reconnect when doppel is out of battery.
If your doppel has been on all day we advise charging it overnight to ensure a long-lasting charge the next day.
Keeping your Bluetooth on
If you are turning your Bluetooth off, immediately or sometime after pairing to the app, sometimes you might notice better connectivity when keeping it on. By no means do we see it as a permanent solution, but whilst we smooth out the few teething problems we have seen for some devices, this might help you.
Update the firmware
You can check whether your doppel is running the most recent firmware (the code that runs the motor) on the ‘Settings’ page of the app. Press ‘Update’ if it shows your firmware is out of date. It’s important that your doppel is running the most recent version of the firmware.
