Doppel experience since June 2018

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’m really sorry to hear that you are having problems with your doppel. We are always on hand to go through troubleshooting steps to improve your experience or to send out a replacement. Someone from our team will be in contact to offer some troubleshooting advice.

    Thank you, however, for sticking with us. We're working very hard on app improvements. We’ve still got teething problems on a few phones and are aware that we have a small number of customers who are experiencing ongoing problems, and are keen to make sure they can benefit from the same smooth experience that the majority of our customers currently enjoy. We do have an app update coming out very soon, so please keep an eye out for that.

    I am glad to hear that when doppel does work for you, you are able to get the desired calm effect and its great to hear the scenario’s you do use it in. I’ve not thought to use it for my chores but I’ll be stealing that one and trying it out in those scenarios myself.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are always interested to find out how customers use their doppel’s and love the feedback because we really do take it on board and it heavily influences the improvements we make.
