    Hi Keith,

    Thank you for getting in contact We're really sorry that you are experiencing this issue. If we can not resolve this problem remotely, then we will send out a replacement, no problem at all. 

    It sounds like a failed firmware update - and as such doppel became stuck in a loop meaning it became completely unresponsive.

    We do also have a new app update releasing which should also see an improvement in the process of updating your firmware. Please let me know you get on. Huge apologies for the inconvenience.
