Extend the warranty

I'm interested in trying a doppel, but for something costing £175 I would expect a longer warranty period than 12 months. Or at least the option to increase the warranty period.

  Thank you for dropping by the community and making this suggestion. A 12-month warranty is fairly standard but we'd be very open to offering an option for extending the warranty period. This isn't a request we receive often but we always want to do our best to ensure our doppelgängers are more than satisfied with our service and it's a great suggestion.

  In the EU there are consumer protection laws that in effect extend the warranty.  

  Product Liability Directive (85/374/EEC)

   

  In the UK the consumer rights Act 2015 extends consumer protection to 6 years in many cases.
